Cryptosporidial infection is one of the most common causes diarrhea in humans and livestock worldwide. This study was conducted to estimate prevalence Cryptosporidium identify potential risk factors associated with shedding oocysts Bogor. A total 308 faecal samples were collected from 136 calves less than 6 months, 44 those 6-12 months 128 12 months. Data potentially likelihood spp. recorded (i.e., enviromental status, size herd, herd management). oocyst identified by using modified acid fast (Ziehl Neelsen) staining technique microscopically examined under 400x magnifition.
